Hempseed Oil Lotion

Today I made a batch of Hemp seed Oil Lotion.  I use this oil because it is  an oil rich in omega 3 and omega 6 EFA (essential fatty acids) and GLA (gamma Linolenic Acid).  GLA is an essential fatty acid that resembles sebum, a natural lubricant found in the skin. These EFA’s are needed to keep moisture in the body and are what makes hemp oil moisturizing to the skin.

Skin care products containing Hemp seed oil sooth and restore dry and damaged skin relieving discomfort and increasing moisture retention.  The GLA in Hempseed Oil is why products made with this oil can offer relief of skin conditions such as psoriasis, eczema and acne.

With regular use, skin care products made with hemp seed oil can leave the skin feeling soft, smooth and moisturized, helping to slow down the aging effect.

I also use Jojoba oil in this lotion because of its ability to provide all day moisturization; it is readily absorbed into the skin and does not block the pores.  Jojoba oil will soothe wrinkles and fine lines due to dry skin leaving your skin will feeling smooth and soft.
